"If You Do Not Make Time For Your Wellness.
You Will Be Forced To Make Time For Your Illness."
How true. We often ignore our health, making excuses or prioritising other things thinking they are more important than our health. We don't consider that being healthy is proportional to our mental well-being also.
When the body goes through physical activity, the heart rate increases, heart pumps blood to all the body, our mind gets active and hence releases happy hormones called -"Endorphins" it's a chemical which acts as a receptors in our brain and trigger a positive feeling in the body.
This COVID and the Lockdown has created a big havoc not only in our daily routines, physically, mentally we are loosing sanity and thinking negative thoughts. How can we make it better? Remember when you feel good you see the world as a good place. You try to make things better. You reach out more towards the people who are in need. You give positive vibes, positive energy to others and to the universe. How can we make it happen?
Physical activity is must. Earlier there were excuses - we can't go too far, no time, school is there, I have job to do etc etc.
Well now everything is one switch away, technology is so magical these days that you can carry out your regular work with making time for mental health as well.
Exercise can do wonders it can distract you from worries and improve your confidence, your physical health, your mental health, your energy level, your metabolism level, the list is endless.
Physical activity also stimulates the release of Dopamine, and Serotonin.
If you workout, do some physical movement with your body, your minds get active and as a result the level of Serotonin get active and it rises so the results are phenomenal:
1. Good Sleep
2: Improved Appetite
3. No Stress
4. No Depression
5. Good Posture
6. Good Health
7. Immunity boost
8. Increased metabolism
Last but not the least Wealth is intact.
You don't have to go to doctors and take expensive medicines any more.
Do Pilates and be Fit, as I always say:
"What Is Stopping You, Is You."
